Effective Alarm Monitoring
We specialise in the design and installation of monitored systems using DualCom and Redcare monitoring equipment. Working in tandem with your Fire Alarm or Intruder Alarm, our monitoring devices can check the link between your property and the ATS as often as every 3 minutes for maximum assurance.
Monitoring Stations operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year giving you total peace of mind that your business is in good hands around the clock. If your security or safety alarms are triggered by criminal activity or suffer a system failure, signals are sent to an Alarm Receiving Centre who, in turn, are able to inform keyholders and the relevant emergency service.
With a compliment of the latest signalling devices from Redcare and CSL’s Dualcom, we believe that we have the correct system for the level of cover that you require.
Integrate a Monitoring Service to your Fire Alarm
BE THE FIRST TO KNOW WITH A MONITORED SYSTEM
When the system signals to a remote monitoring station, the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) will notify you or your business’ Keyholders of an activation on your Alarm system. Police Response can also be initiated if they are registered as a verified signal on a new system.
The most common approach used for the verified signal is a sequential one. The first signal will alert the monitoring station and, only when a second signal is received, known as the confirmation signal, the ARC will ensure the police are alerted and called out.
The efficiency of this method helps to ensure that security matters within your business are dealt with as quick as possible by the appropriate people.
Reduce Risks and Costs
Being notified of fire safety and/or security issues within your property whilst it is unoccupied can help to minimise the damage that is done. The speed with which you are notified of events such as break-ins or fires can aid you and the emergency services in attending the scene promptly, potentially reducing the scale of any incident or in some cases, stopping it occurring altogether.
When balanced against the cost of losing valuable assets and the time dealing with any damage caused, having your Fire Alarm or Intruder Alarm monitored can prove to be a cost-effective solution to an often expensive problem.
Extra peace of mind once you’ve gone home
Our Alarm Monitoring Options
DualCom GPRS, from CSL DualCom Limited, is an intruder alarm signalling device that uses both the Vodafone network and your telephone and/or IP path to transmit intruder, fire and personal attack signals at high speed. CSL DualCom have pioneered a single hardware platform which fits every grade of security risk, right the way from Grade 2, 3 and 4 Security installations to the highest specification of Fire signalling grades.
The price of the product has been matched to the grade so that if you are installing for a Grade 2 specification you are not paying Grade 4 prices. DualCom’s unique GradeShift® technology means that the hardware platform remains unchanged so that there is one common product across all grades. Simply order the G2, G3, G4 or the Fire version dependent on the grade you require.
A unit is fitted either within or alongside the security or fire panel. The line is connected through the Redcare to the dedicated monitoring station for the system; the Redcare communication passes through the BT Redcare exchange. The signal is monitored 24 hours per day between your premises and the monitoring station.
Should the land line fail the signalling will continue to communicate with the central station over the mobile telephone network. A line fault would still be notified to the customer in the same manner.
There are no telephone calls charges associated with the signalling to the central station when the system is connected to a Redcare line, all signals are sent via the Redcare and not charged as calls. *Redcare systems only operate on BT telephone lines.
